ORDERS
When you place an order you will be sent an e-mail thanking you for your order and when your payment has gone through, I will send you an e-mail to inform you when the item has been posted. Contact me re- postage costs as each painting priced individually when sold as each price is different depending upon painting size & the delivery address, all paintings can be delivered worldwide.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal, but please note that I do not have access to your payment card details, the payment process is carried out by Paypal and complies with the highest privacy regulations.
If you don't have a Paypal account and wish to pay by Cheque, made payable to Christopher Burton and be in Sterling pounds and please print your name and address on the back of the cheque, then contact me by e-mail, including your name, address and which painting you wish to purchase and i will e-mail you my address to post the cheque to and will advertise the painting as sold so no-one else can purchase it before payment received.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY
I hope you will be delighted with your purchase and find a perfect spot to hang it in. However in the unlikely event that you may wish to return the item then by law you may cancel from the day of the order and up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive your item.
If you wish to cancel an order then you should notify me by e-mail, if payment has been received then you will receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation or when the item is returned undamaged, money will be returned in the same format in which it was made, i.e. Paypal or Cheque.
If the item has already been posted out then you should receive it and handle with care and return them to me in there original condition by courier, special delivery, recorded delivery or equivalent, at your own cost. The item being returned should be well packaged and include your name and address and reason for returning.
FAULTY GOODS
Please check item as soon as possible and notify me promptly of any damage, within 7 days of receipt. I will arrange to refund payment for returned goods and arrange refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
DELIVERY
I will try to deliver within 14 days but please allow up to 30 days.
If item is required for a specific date then please give me plenty of notice.
Delivery will be by Recorded Delivery, where applicable, to provide us with cover in the event of damage.
If you wish item to be delivered by courier or other service then you will be charged at cost.
